Here are some policies of the Essential Brand & Web Design Package: 

*IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE ALL OF THE CHECKLISTS/INFORMATION: 
I know that there is a LOT to fill out here so PLEASE plan accordingly! If you do not have the information I’ve asked for before the project start date and you do not reschedule your project in time (see below), this will significantly impact your project. I will work with exactly what you’ve given me and if you want to add more in the future, you will be expected to pay an hourly rate of £80/hr or a VIP day to finish the project.

PROJECT RESCHEDULES: 
If you’re unable to complete to-dos and need more time before our project, please reach out AT LEAST 2 WEEKS in advance and let me know. I will send emails to other clients willing to bump up their spot and swap project weeks with you. 

PROJECT CANCELLATIONS: 
I understand that life happens, so please reach out if there is an emergency, otherwise if you need to cancel our project all together:
Up to 4 weeks prior: I will retain 33% of the project payment and refund any other payments made 
Up to 2 weeks prior: I will retain 50% of payments and refund any other payments 
1 Week before or during project week: 75% of payment 

STRATEGY CALL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES: 
If you cannot make the time for our scheduled Strategy Call, please let me know as soon as possible. We will have one reschedule, after that, it will be an additional fee of £30. 

I believe by setting these boundaries in place I will not only avoid my own burnout and overwhelm but also be able to show up in my fullest and best potential to be of service to my clients, thank you for reading and understanding.

In order to best serve my clients as well as protect and nourish my creative cycles and avoid burnout, at this point in time I will no longer be accepting one-off commissions, portraits, or solo logo designs. If you are a previous or existing client, then additional commissioned elements to your brand will be considered. 

I will be taking on 2 projects per month so please know you will be booking a few months in advance, this gives you plenty of prep time for our project.
